Atty. Dennis Joseph D. Judan is the Managing Partner of
JUDAN LAW OFFICES, a Philippine law firm primarily engaged
in company formation, business registration, corporate
structuring, legal advisory, real estate law, labor law,
immigration law and commercial litigation. He has nearly 20
years of extensive experience in these legal practice areas,
among others. He is a graduate of the School of Law, Ateneo de
Manila University, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in
1998 and was ranked 10 th in his graduating class.  He worked in
the biggest law firm in the Philippines, SyCip Salazar
Hernandez & Gatmaitan, where he specialized in the field of
labor law, immigration law, litigation (civil, criminal and
administrative) and maritime practice. He was a name and
founding partner of the law firm of Villa Judan and Cruz where,
among others, he developed and headed its Philippine
immigration practice.
His current practice includes foreign investments, natural
resources and other branches of corporate and commercial law,
as well as immigration and labor law.  He is also a licensed real
estate broker, having garnered 6 th place in the 2011 Board
Examinations for Real Estate Brokers conducted by the
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).   Aside from this,
he is also a licensed real estate appraiser, having garnered 5 th
place in the 2011 Board Examinations for Real Estate
Appraisers conducted by the PRC.   He is presently pursuing a
Master’s Degree in Business Economics (MBE) at the University
of Asia & the Pacific (UA&P).

ATTY. MA. MICHELLE P. TIBON-JUDAN

Tibon-Judan and Tan Law Offices (“TJT Law”) is a Philippine law firm which specializes in corporate law and governance, taxation law and immigration practice.  Its Managing Partner is Atty. Ma. Michelle P. Tibon-Judan.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, cum laude), a holder of a Master’s Degree in Finance (MSFin), and a lawyer (Ll.B).  She finished her degrees in B.S. Business Administration and Accountancy (BAA), M.S. Finance and Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.  After her stint at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV), she was a faculty member of the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines for six (6) years.  She has held various positions (in accounting, finance and marketing) for Arms Corporation of the Philippines and Squires Bingham Co., Inc.; was Vice-President for Comptrollership of Filinvest Land, Inc. and subsequently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ACM Landholdings, Inc.

Thereafter she joined the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), a leading institution engaged in the promotion of good corporate governance in the Philippines, where she handled ICD’s courses, seminars and research projects as its Director for Course Development & Research.  She acted as ICD’s official representative in hearings conducted by the Philippine Senate regarding proposed amendments to the Philippine Corporation Code, and drafted ICD’s Position Paper on this subject.   She also assisted Dr. Jesus P. Estanislao, Chairman Emeritus of ICD [acting as the Technical Consultant to the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)], in drafting the “Philippine Corporate Governance Blueprint 2015: Building a Stronger Corporate Governance Framework”.

She has very strong expertise in business, taxation law, accounting and management.  She is also a licensed real estate broker, having garnered 8th place in the 2011 Board Examinations for Real Estate Brokers conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).  Aside from this she is also a licensed real estate appraiser, having garnered 6th place in the 2011 Board Examinations for Real Estate Appraisers conducted by PRC.
